Ross is the current CEO of McDougall Insurance, and the chair of the firm’s Board of Directors. He is a past chair of the United Way Campaign Cabinet, and an active community volunteer and business leader. As the longest tenured member of McDougall Insurance, Ross began his career at the bottom of the corporate totem pole: in a broom-closet converted into an office, starting at the age of 21. Although Ross insists it built character (as did his walks to work – uphill both ways; in the snow), he has ensured that other newcomers to the firm enjoy more normal working conditions. Ross and McDougall Insurance have grown up together, and there is no one who better embodies our firm’s core principals of integrity, compassion, and of course, frugality, better than our leader.
