5 Ways Business can give and get involved

Corporate Gift
Many businesses and corporations contribute to the impact that United Way HPE makes on our community through a corporate gift; in fact hundreds of local businesses are uniting with United Way to make our community stronger by contributing through their corporation.

Employee Giving
65% of United Way HPE’s campaign is through the generosity of local businesses and their employees; by establishing an employee giving program you provide the
opportunity for your members to contribute to the community in whatever way they can, at whatever level they can support. Every dollar counts! It’s easier than you think!

Sponsor an Event
United Way HPE hosts limited special events throughout the year and sponsors enable their success. Consider supporting the United Way campaign through one of these initiatives.

Gift of Securities
A donation of securities (ie: stocks, mutual funds, segregated funds, bonds, flowthrough shares, and employee stock options) entitles your client to a donation receipt for the full market value (resale) of the contribution. The gift will result in a non-refundable tax credit that will help reduce their income taxes.

Volunteer/Engage
Your time is valuable – we have many volunteer opportunities and many ways to engage your employees. Ask us how!
