What is the Day of Caring?

Each year, Day of Caring® brings together hundreds of businesses, community partners and volunteers for one powerful, hands-on day. It’s more than an event – it’s a movement of collective care!

In just ONE day, teams of workplace volunteers roll up their sleeves to complete meaningful projects – painting, building, landscaping, organizing, repairing, and revitalizing spaces in our community.

Last year, more than 120 volunteers dedicated their time to help complete more than a dozen projects across Hastings & Prince Edward in a single day!
