Backpacks for Success

United Way Hastings & Prince Edward is proud to present the Backpacks for Success Program, helping local families with the cost of back-to-school supplies. This impactful initiative is designed to help local students head into the new school year with confidence, pride, and the essential supplies they need to succeed.

In 2025, more than 1,200 students from Kindergarten to Grade 12 throughout Hastings & Prince Edward counties received their brand-new backpack, filled with age-appropriate school supplies for just $12.00!
