United Way HPE’s Annual Virtual Auction Now Live – A Great Way to Give Back this Holiday Season

United Way Hastings-Prince Edward (HPE) is excited to announce the launch of its Annual Virtual Auction, which kicked off on November 12th. With almost 100 items available for bid, this year’s auction offers a wide variety of unique and exciting opportunities to get a head start on holiday shopping, while supporting a great cause.

“We are so grateful to the businesses and individuals who have donated items to this year’s auction,” says Brandi Hodge, Executive Director of United Way HPE. “It’s through the generosity of our community that we’re able to continue our work in supporting those who need it most, and this auction is a fun, meaningful way for everyone to get involved.”

Among the many items up for bid are stunning gift baskets, a Lakehouse stay in Tichborne, and even a Thai cooking night for six in the comfort of your own home. From locally crafted goods to one-of-a-kind experiences, there’s something for everyone!

The United Way HPE Virtual Auction is a key part of the ongoing fundraising campaign that supports essential community programs. All proceeds from the auction will directly benefit those in our community who need it most – our friends, families, co-workers, and neighbours who may be facing difficult times. By participating, bidders will be helping ensure that support is available to those who need a hand up, from emergency housing assistance to food security and mental health services.
