The not-for-profit sector is powered by people who care deeply about their communities. Yet we still ask individual people and organizations to carry an extraordinary amount.

Sara Roach Lewis, founder of SRL Solutions,  has spent 25+ years inside and alongside the sector. She has been an Executive Director twice, created ED Academy and worked closely with almost 200 EDs. As a strategist, facilitator, mediator, and coach, she has helped organizations navigate growth, change, conflict, and the practical work of turning big vision and good intentions into work that changes things.

Through practical stories and examples, Sara will explore right-sized infrastructure around people, inside organizations and across communities. She’ll look at what makes the work easier, creates more room for joy, and helps communities take on challenges no organization can solve alone.
