Sara Roach Lewis, founder of SRL Solutions,  has spent 25+ years inside and alongside the sector. She has been an Executive Director twice, created ED Academy and worked closely with almost 200 EDs. As a strategist, facilitator, mediator, and coach, she has helped organizations navigate growth, change, conflict, and the practical work of turning big vision and good intentions into work that changes things
