Procter & Gamble Employees Achieve Outstanding 6.5% Growth in Employee Giving for United Way HPE
Procter & Gamble employees have once again demonstrated their unwavering commitment to our community, raising an impressive $170,000 for United Way Hastings & Prince Edward’s annual fundraising campaign. This marks a 6.5% increase in employee giving over last year’s total—a testament to the incredible generosity and dedication of P&G staff.
“We are so grateful for the year-round efforts of the team at Procter & Gamble and to every employee who contributes through payroll or supports the fundraising efforts on site” says Brandi Hodge, Executive Director. “P&G remains our largest workplace supporters and we can’t do the work we do without their support.”
The United Way HPE campaign closes on January 31st, 2025 and the charity will announce final push efforts in the coming days, to close the gap between their projected achievement and their fundraising goal of $2.25M.
United Way HPE funds 46 agencies and 55 programs that address urgent needs such as homelessness, addiction, and food insecurity across the region. The organization is urging individuals and businesses to contribute what they can to help reach the campaign goal and support these critical initiatives. Details of a final push by the organization will be released Friday.
