Powered by United Way HPE, join us for The Impact Exchange: A Conference for the Nonprofit Sector.

Wednesday October 28th at The Core – 223 Pinnacle Street, Belleville

The Impact Exchange is a premier nonprofit conference delivering big-city learning and sector-leading expertise to Hastings and Prince Edward Counties.

Through accessible, high-quality training, collaboration, and leadership development, it strengthens the people and organizations at our community’s core.

The Need: Many non-profits in our region are small to mid-sized grassroots organizations who often face barriers in accessing professional development only available in larger, urban centres.

The Mission: To strengthen the capacity of non-profit organizations across our region by bringing high-quality, professional learning, closer to home. With 150+ anticipated attendees sharing ideas, attending workshops, keynote presentations, vendor opportunities, and more!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Who should attend The Impact Exchange?

The Impact Exchange is designed for anyone working or volunteering in the nonprofit sector. Whether you’re an Executive Director, manager, frontline staff member, board member, volunteer coordinator, fundraiser, or emerging leader, you’ll find practical learning opportunities, meaningful networking, and ideas you can bring back to your organization.

Is parking available?

Yes. There are several parking options within a short walking distance of The CORE, including municipal parking lots, on-street parking, and free parking available on North Front Street.
We encourage attendees to carpool whenever possible. Not only does this help reduce parking demand in downtown Belleville, but it’s also a great opportunity to connect with colleagues from your organization or neighboring communities.
We’re also working with the City of Belleville to identify additional parking options for conference attendees. Detailed parking information and maps will be shared with registered attendees closer to the event.

Will food be provided?

Yes! Your conference registration includes a light morning refreshment, a catered lunch, and an afternoon snack. Lunch will be served as an individually packaged boxed meal. All meals and refreshments are included in the cost of registration.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes. You’ll have the opportunity to indicate any dietary restrictions when you register. Closer to the conference, we’ll confirm this information with registered attendees to help ensure we can work with our caterer to provide appropriate meal options.

What is the refund policy?

Conference registrations are non-refundable. If your plans change and you can no longer attend, you’re welcome to transfer your registration to a colleague or another individual. Simply contact us before the conference with the new attendee’s name and email address so we can update our records.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes. The CORE is a wheelchair-accessible venue with barrier-free entrances, elevator access, and accessible washrooms. We are committed to creating an inclusive conference experience. If you have accessibility requirements or accommodation requests, please let us know when you register or contact us in advance so we can work with you to support your participation.

Will presentation materials be shared after the conference?

Where permission has been granted by speakers, presentation materials and resources will be shared with registered attendees following the conference.
